CAx-IF Implementor Group

The CAx-IF Implementor Group is a group of software vendors, 3^rd party integrators, and independent implementors of CAx interfaces for STEP AP242, that define common approaches, validate them in test rounds and document them in Recommended Practices.

Test Rounds give the vendors the chance to try out new approaches and improve their implementations so that newly introduced capabilities will be robust and stable. The detailed scope and schedule for each test round will be defined by the CAx-IF Implementor Group based on the requirements as defined by the User Group.
